How we handle your information.

1. Scope

This policy applies to InfiniAI, including our website, account system, text tools, managed project services, content-assurance services, billing flows and related client workspace features.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company or team name, project briefs, documents, text submitted for processing, review comments, consultation requests and billing details.

We also collect account and service information such as login records, plan status, usage totals, project references, invoices, payment status, device or browser information, IP address and basic technical logs used to operate and secure the service.

3. Google sign-in data

If you use Google to sign in, we may receive the basic account information permitted by the scopes shown on the Google consent screen. This can include your name, email address, profile image and Google account identifier.

We use this information to authenticate you, create or match your InfiniAI account, keep your workspace linked to the correct user and support account security. Signing in with Google does not give us access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or other Google product data unless a separate feature clearly requests that access and you approve it.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use Google sign-in data to train AI models. InfiniAI’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide the service you request, process text and documents, manage projects, prepare quotes and invoices, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain account security, improve reliability and meet legal obligations.

5. Text and document processing

When you use a text-processing feature, the submitted content may be sent to a configured AI model provider so the requested task can be completed. Managed projects may also involve human review by people working on that engagement.

Do not submit confidential or restricted material unless you are authorized to do so and the service arrangement is appropriate for that material.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. InfiniAI receives transaction information such as amount, currency, reference, status and payer email. We do not need to store full card details to record a payment.

7. When we share information

We share information only where needed to operate the service, complete a requested engagement, process payments, provide hosting or email infrastructure, comply with law, protect users or protect the service. Service providers receive only the information needed for their role.

8. Retention

We keep account, project, payment and service records for as long as they are needed to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Retention periods can differ by record type.

9. Security

We use access controls, encrypted network connections and operational safeguards intended to protect stored information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information where applicable. You can also remove InfiniAI's access from your Google Account permissions. Revoking Google access stops future Google-based authorization but may not automatically delete records that we must keep for legitimate business or legal reasons.

11. Children

InfiniAI is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for children under 18.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when we publish a material revision.
