Terms for using InfiniAI.
Effective 20 May 2026.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, using an InfiniAI tool, submitting a project brief, accepting a quote or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Information you provide to us must be accurate enough for us to provide the service and contact you about it.
3. Services
InfiniAI provides self-service text tools, content review, research and production services, website and product language work, consultations, and AI or data services. The scope of managed work is defined by the accepted brief, quote, statement of work or other written agreement for that project.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give InfiniAI permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service, operate the platform, protect the service and meet legal obligations.
You must have the right to submit the material you provide. You may not use InfiniAI to infringe another person's rights, misrepresent authorship, commit fraud, distribute unlawful material or bypass rules that apply to your work.
5. Project work and deliverables
Project estimates are preliminary until scope is confirmed. A quote may set deliverables, revisions, timing, dependencies and payment stages. Changes to scope can change the price or schedule.
Unless a quote or contract says otherwise, ownership of custom final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment. InfiniAI keeps ownership of its pre-existing software, internal methods, reusable tools, models, templates and general know-how.
6. Payments
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout or on the invoice. Larger projects may use deposits or milestone payments. Monthly services are billed according to the agreed billing period.
Fees already earned for completed work are generally non-refundable. Any refund for unused or undelivered work is handled according to the applicable quote, project agreement and law.
7. Third-party services
InfiniAI relies on third-party services for functions such as hosting, payments, email delivery, authentication and AI processing. Their availability can affect our service.
8. Service changes
We may improve, replace or retire features. We will avoid making changes that materially alter an active paid project without addressing the effect on that project.
9. Suspension
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, address non-payment, comply with law or protect the service.
10. Warranties
We provide the service with reasonable care, but automated output and research can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on it.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, InfiniAI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to applicable law and any written project agreement.
12. Governing law
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
13. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Questions can be sent to valdaceai@gmail.com.
